Welcome to Fubure. By accessing our website or engaging our interior and civil services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Work
All services (Tiling, Marble, Kitchen, Bathroom, etc.) will be performed as per the Work Order or Quotation signed by the client. Any changes or “Extra Items” requested after work has started will be billed separately as a Change Order.
2. Quotation and Estimates
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue due to fluctuating material costs (like Italian marble or timber). Estimates are based on initial measurements; final billing will be based on actual site measurements taken after completion.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance: A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to mobilize labor and order materials.
- Stage Payments: Payments must be cleared according to the milestones defined in your contract (e.g., “After civil work completion,” “Before tile installation”).
- Late Fees: We reserve the right to pause work if payments are delayed by more than 7 days.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Access: The client must provide free access to the site during working hours.
- Permissions: The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from Housing Societies, Municipal Bodies, or Neighbors.
- Utilities: Electricity and water required for civil work (marble cutting, mixing, etc.) must be provided by the client at the site.
5. Material Quality & Variations
Natural materials like Marble and Granite have inherent variations in color, grain, and pattern. We do not guarantee an exact match to showroom samples. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party material suppliers or “Out of Stock” items selected by the client.
6. Warranty & Defects
- We provide a 6-month warranty on workmanship (e.g., tile alignment).
- This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by structural shifts in the building.
- Defects in materials provided directly by the client.
7. Site Photography
We reserve the right to take “Before” and “After” photos of the project for our portfolio and blog. We will never reveal your exact address or personal identity in these photos without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fubure is not liable for any pre-existing structural defects in the property that are discovered during the renovation process (e.g., hidden wall cracks or old rusted pipes).
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi (India).
